All our pieces are handcrafted to order, please allow up to 4 weeks before shipping.
Nathalie Schreckenberg Jewelry uses certified shipping options to send domestic and international orders. If you need express shipping, please contact us at info@nathalieschreckenberg.com when placing your order. Once your order is ready we'll send you a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.
Delivery times are estimates, Nathalie Schreckenberg Jewelry will not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier service. Spain (up to 3 working days); Europe ( 2-4 working days); Rest of the world (3-8 working days)
If shipping to a destination outside UE, customs and import taxes might be levied by your local government. These costs are responsibility of the client.
RETURNS
All our pieces are handmade to order, please consider this when you make your purchase. You can send us an e-mail at info@nathalieschreckenberg.com if you are unsure of your ring size.
For Purchases within the EU
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may exchange it for store credit within 7 days of receiving your item. The piece must be unaltered and unused.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges both ways. Please take into consideration that the shipping cost for return items is higher than our regular shipping fee ( because we bear some costs of the shipping of first purchase but are unable to do so for the returns ) Write us an e-mail prior to any exchange. Pieces must be returned in their original packaging.
We are not responsible for any lost packages during the return process. Please send an e-mail to info@nathalieschreckenberg.com prior to any exchange or if you have any questions.
For Purchases outside the EU
We are unable to accept returns from countries outside the EU at the moment, for questions write us an e-mail to info@nathalieschreckenberg.com.
SIZING
Rings
All our ring sizes are US sized. Please, if you have doubts regarding your ring size contact us at info@nathalieschreckenberg.com for further assistance.
We strongly encourage you to go to a jewelry store and have your fingers measured before purchasing.
However, if the ring doesn't fit you properly we can resize the piece for a 35 Euro fee + Shipping.
