Nathalie Schreckenberg Jewelry uses certified shipping options to send domestic and international orders. If you need express shipping, please contact us at info@nathalieschreckenberg.com when placing your order.  We will provide the tracking number for tracing your order. Delivery times are estimates, Nathalie Schreckenberg Jewelry will not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier service.

Spain (up to 5 working days); Europe ( 6-10 working days); Rest of the world (10-20 working days)

If shipping to a destination outside UE, customs and import duties might be levied by your local government. These costs are responsibility of the client.                     

 

RETURNS

All our jewelry is handmade to order, please consider this when you make your purchase. You can send us an e-mail at info@nathalieschreckenberg.com if you are unsure of your ring size.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may exchange it for store credit within 7 days of receiving your item. The piece must be unaltered and unused.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges both ways. Write us an e-mail prior to any exchange. Pieces must be returned in their original packaging. 

We are not responsible for any lost packages during the return process. Please send an e-mail to info@nathalieschreckenberg.com prior to any exchange or if you have any questions.
